CEO
Founder and CEO of Miss Cabo Verde International, Nereida Lobo holds a BA in Counseling Psychology from Washington Adventist University. A former beauty queen at Miss Africa USA 2017, she is the founder of the Little Crowns foundation which helps underprivileged children with school supplies in Africa. Born and raised in the beautiful islands of Cape Verde, she learned the beauty of community and culture which has allowed her to embrace the ideals of community and giving back.
Uyi Aigbe
Chief Operation Officer
Aigbe Uyi With a BSc in information technology and over nine(9) years’ experience in the global fashion industry, he is the Co-Founder of Miss Cabo Verde International, African Style Magazine, Miss Somalia Organization and Creative Director at Anzooi NY. An Extremist Fashion Enthusiast and a strong believer in the ingenuity of the African fashion industry. He believes Africa can become the world's fashion powerhouse, starting from Cabo Verde. Few of his accomplishments include; Regional director for Mr & miss tourism Nigeria, Mr. Universe, Producer of Lyrix and style, The event show, Manage and PR for miss Africa USA (Nereida),Miss Universe Ghana(Sundiata), Talent scout for ISIS modeling Agency (NG,SA,US), Beth Modeling agency.
Carlos Fidalgo
Chief Financial Officer
Carlos A. Fidalgo served in the United States Marine Corps and graduated with distinction, magna cum laude, from the University of Connecticut (UCONN), where he obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees - Homeland Security Leadership. Carlos is a businessman and won the Cape Verde Chamber of Commerce Businessman of the Year award in 2018.

Mark Manlapaz Contest Director aka "Makoy" is the Head Coach of Gouldian Training Camp Events, some of the achievements include; training by Neil Perez (winner Mister international 2014),Marisse Mendoza (Miss Campus World 2013), May Myat Noe (Miss Asia Pacific World 2014 and Asia's Next top model, to name a few and he has traveled to over 15 countries around the world world to offer your training services.
